Noah’s Manufacturing, Inc. would like to thank you for purchasing one of our superior quality sleep products.

This Product is a Single-Sided Product. Since the comfort layers are only on one side of the mattress, it should not be flipped.

Noah’s Manufacturing, Inc. Warrants the product for a specified time period (See attached chart A) from the date of the original purchase for matching mattress and foundation when purchased in sets. Purchaser should retain the Proof of Sale as verification of the date of purchase. Noah’s Manufacturing will repair this product, if upon inspection it is determined to contain a manufacturer’s defect. Manufacturer is under no obligation at any time to replace this product and will repair or replace this product at manufacturer’s own discretion after inspection at the manufacturer’s factory. All transportation of the warranted goods to and from the manufacturer is the responsibility of the purchaser and any associated charges must be paid by the purchaser.

Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value in the repair of this product. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, when the mattress and foundation are purchased in new condition. Expect this set to develop a body impression of up to 2” deep. This is consistent with normal use of this product, indicates that this set is conforming to the curves of your body, and does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Warranty does not apply to ticking cover. Warrantor is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. Warrantor reserves the right to refuse service and to void the warranty when the product, upon inspection, is found to be in unsanitary condition, received obvious abuse, misuse or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials. All services should be handled directly through the original dealer and not through the manufacturer.

WARRANTY LENGTH

Please refer to Chart A

WARRANTY COVERAGE- Mattress

· Broken or loose coils or wire.

· Rips in Fabric caused by loose or broken wire or coils.

· Body Indentations that are 2” or greater.

· Sagging 2” or greater if used with proper foundation and an appropriate bed frame. (If a queen or king size mattress is used, there must be a rigid center support in the bed frame.)

· Stitching coming undone.

WARRANTY COVERAGE- Foundation

· Broken or Cracked Wood Frame.

· Squeaks and noises

· Sagging if used with a proper bed frame (If a queen or king size mattress is used, there must be a rigid center support in the bed frame.)

ITEMS NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY

Inclusive but not limited to:

· Mattress Fabric.

· Bent coils or wire due to moving bending or improper use of the sleep set.

· Damages caused by the use of an improper bed-frame. This applies to Queen and King Size mattresses used with bed-frames that do not have a rigid center support.

· Used Bedding, mattresses sold “as is" or “floor models”.

· Sheet fit

· Comfort Preferences

· Body impressions or sagging that is less than 2” deep.

· Mattress damage due to inappropriate foundation.

· Replacement of another piece that is not defected in a sleep set.

· Mattress or Foundation damage due to abuse.

· Mattress or Foundation with stains or soil on them. Noah’s Manufacturing might not be able to inspect a stained or soiled mattress, for health reasons and thus reserves the right to deny warranty on such items.

· Transportation, inspection or removal Costs.

BEDDING CARE

The following care instructions will help maintain the warranty status of the mattress. Not following any or all of these care instructions may void the warranty:

You Should:

· Allow your new mattress time to “air” after opening it from its plastic cover.

· Carry Your mattress wrapped, on its flat side when moving it.

· Keep you mattress clean of stains by using mattress pads. Stains can void warranty.

· Use the mattress with an appropriate foundation and a bed-frame with proper support.

· Use a new foundation when buying a new mattress. Some old Foundations/box-springs might not provide the right support and void the warranty.

· Keep your receipt in a safe place at all times. It will be needed in case of a warranty issue.

    You Should not:

· You should not smoke on the bed, expose the bed to flame or fire or place your mattress near open flame/fire. If ignited, some components in the bed may burn rapidly.

· You should not bend, fold or jump on the mattress.

· You should not remove the law tags from the mattress. Although removing the tag will not void the warranty, the tags are used to identify the mattress and to verify the warranty.

· You should not use dry cleaning fluid or any liquid cleaning fluid. Some fluids can/will damage materials in the mattress.

HOW TO GET A WARRANTY COVERED PROBLEM SERVICED

1.      Contact the original retailer from which you had purchased the product from. Please have your original bill of sale with the date of purchase available.

2.      If the bedding retailer is no longer in business or you have moved outside the retailer’s service area, please contact Noah’s Manufacturing at  (713) 926-3500 or email us at warranty@noahsmfg.com. Please have a copy of the original bill of sale with the date of purchase available. Tags on the product must be intact in order for the product to be identified properly and the warranty can be verified.

FLAMABILLITY HAZARD

Your Mattress set is not Fire Proof. Your new mattress set complies with the Federal Standards issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission when used by itself or a foundation as specified on the tags attached to the Mattress and Foundation. Compared to older mattresses, the new mattress will, if ignited, burn more slowly and less intensively, giving you more time to escape.

IN CASE OF FIRE, EXIT AND THEN CALL 911 !

 

The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed the term of this limited warranty**. Noah’s Manufacturing shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of your Noah’s Manufacturing Product**.  Noah’s Manufacturing does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical condition.

**Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some States do not allow limitations or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser from a  Noah’s Manufacturing, Inc. Authorized dealer.
